Interpreting Charges

| Cancellation Charges (For bookings in advance: If no cancellation at least 24 hrs before the appointment): | |||

This payment is to compensate the Interpreter for any disruption and inconvenience caused by the cancellation, e.g. time off from his/her employer, childcare, or loss of other potential assignments for that period.
Translating Charges
Conditions:
- We would prefer to see the original or certified copy of all legal and educational documents you want translated. All original document(s) will be returned to you. ITSNT will not under any circumstances keep your original document(s).
- ITSNT does not have the capacity to organise graphics and printing.
- Source documents are expected to be in their final form. Once the translation has been completed, any subsequent alterations made by clients to the source text requiring a re-translation will incur additional charges.
- Quotes may be subject to change depending on the complexity of the document and the availability of a translator locally.
- Standard documents take 1-2 weeks to translate and process. Urgent translations will incur a higher fee.
Cancellation
If work has commenced before cancellation, the client will be charged a fee commensurate with the work already done (as per fee payable at the translator’s level and material complexity).

Please Note: The above charges only apply if translations are done locally. If they are sent interstate, due to local translators’ unavailability, charges may vary.
